Neeraj Gaurh, CFA is an experienced Investor with a keen interest in gaining knowledge across various sectors in Indian equities. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Neeraj has established himself as an early-stage backer of Indian start-ups and a successful investor in Indian public equities. Neeraj's past work experience includes working as a Vice President & Senior Research Analyst at Franklin Templeton, where he handled Buy Side Equity Research for consumer staples, retail, consumer durables, building materials (paints & electrical components), and auto ancillaries. He was also a Fund Manager for Foreign Securities. Before that, he worked as an Associate at Nomura Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for Consumer Equity Research for food and HPC. He was also involved in High Yield Research for food, beverage, consumer products, and restaurants. Neeraj holds a CFA certification from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. He also has a PGDM/MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.E./B.S. in Civil Engineering from MNIT. He completed his 12th grade from Maheshwari Public School, Jaipur, and is an alumni of NIT and Rajasthan University. Neeraj is a Research Scientist and has a good understanding of the tech stack. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for investing and a strong track record of delivering results. His ability to identify and invest in promising start-ups and public equities has earned him a reputation as a successful investor. Currently, he is working as a freelance Investor and continues to invest in Indian public equities and early-stage start-ups.
